Our standard.
PROLINQ was founded with a focus on sustainable corporate fashion. In addition, we offer selected merchandise products that meet our requirements for material quality, transparency and responsible sourcing.
We promise what we can prove: certified materials, transparent supply chains and honest communication about what our products achieve today and what we are still working on.
Materials from certified sources.
Our corporate fashion collection covers t-shirts, polos, hoodies, shirts and workwear and is based on four material families. Each with a clear origin profile and verifiable certification.
Organic Cotton, Fairtrade
From certified organic cultivation according to our partner suppliers' recognised standards. Used in classic t-shirts, polos, hoodies and shirts.
60 / 40 Recycled Cotton & Polyester
A blend of recycled cotton and recycled polyester. Used in our recycled-cotton polos and twill bags.
Recycled Polyester
From recycled polyester obtained from reprocessed PET bottles. Used in our performance and sports line.
Regenerative Tiger Cotton
From regenerative cultivation. Used in selected premium lines.
Our merchandise selection comes from a curated sustainable promotional collection: items made from recycled plastics, bamboo, cork, plant-based leather or circular materials. For each product, we check material, supply chain and origin individually.
Standards of our partner suppliers.
Depending on the product, different recognised standards and certifications apply. These are held by our partner suppliers, who manufacture our products. On request, we provide certification proof directly with your quote.
GOTS
Organic materials from field to finished product, comprehensively audited.
Fairtrade
Fairtrade promotes fairer trading conditions and greater transparency in cotton farming and along relevant supply chains.
EU Ecolabel
A recognised environmental standard with requirements for materials, production processes and environmental impact.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100
Tested for substances of health concern according to the standard's requirements.
SA8000
A recognised standard for social responsibility, working conditions and workers' rights in production facilities.
GRS
Verified recycled content in our recycled lines.
Supply chain with verified partners.
We work with established European partners specialised in sustainable corporate fashion and promotional products. Our main partners have been active in this area for over a decade and operate according to the recognised standards listed above.
On request, we provide certification proof and available product documentation, directly during the consultation or as a PDF with your quote.
Production with clear standards.
Our apparel is produced predominantly outside the EU. We work with partners that meet recognised social and environmental standards.
EU production sounds attractive at first, but is only sustainable if the factories' standards are comparable. In our view, certified, fair production matters more than the production location alone.
Our merchandise products are manufactured in the EU or in nearby countries where possible, to keep transport routes short.
Packaging & Shipping.
We use recyclable and FSC-certified shipping boxes. Plastic inner packaging is replaced with paper-based alternatives where possible. Consolidated deliveries can reduce CO₂ emissions per unit.
Circular economy as a principle.
Our range is deliberately curated: fewer items, longer lifespan. We advise our clients to plan their quantities realistically. Excess merchandise stock is one of the biggest sustainability problems in the industry.
Better 100 high-quality pieces that are actually used than 500 that sit in storage. For our recycled lines made from PET bottles, we close material loops that would otherwise end up as waste.
What we cannot do yet.
Honesty is part of our definition of sustainability. There are areas where we are still working:
-
i
Take-back programmes in planning
Developing a take-back and reuse concept is among our strategic goals. We are currently working on the organisational and logistical conditions for future implementation.
-
ii
CO₂ assessments in development
We cannot yet report product-specific CO₂ figures. We are working to continuously expand our data basis for future CO₂ and lifecycle assessments.
-
iii
Textile standards apply to apparel only
Different standards apply to merchandise products depending on the product group. That is why we check materials, origin and available proof individually before adding products to our range.
-
iv
Production partly outside the EU
See section 5: we prioritise real standards from our partner suppliers over marketing claims about production locations.
